Acupuncture for Pascoe Vale and Pascoe Vale South

Chinese medicine just one suburb over

If you're looking for acupuncture or Chinese medicine in Pascoe Vale or Pascoe Vale South, Coburg Chinese Medicine is just one suburb over, a short drive away on Sydney Road in Coburg.

I'm Michael, a registered acupuncturist and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner. I've been practising since 2012 and welcome people from Pascoe Vale and across Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Whether you've had acupuncture before or are considering it for the first time, you're welcome to contact me to discuss your circumstances, ask questions and find out what an appointment involves.

Acupuncture and Chinese medicine services

People visit the clinic with a range of health concerns, including musculoskeletal pain, migraines, digestive symptoms, hay fever and reproductive health questions.

My services include:

  • Acupuncture — including electroacupuncture and dry needling.

  • Chinese herbal medicine — individual consultations and herbal prescriptions where appropriate.

  • Cupping — a traditional technique that may be included in a consultation.

  • Moxibustion — the traditional use of heat from burning moxa.

I see one patient at a time, allowing space to discuss your medical history, concerns and preferences. I'll explain the treatment options and make sure you're comfortable asking questions or declining any part of a treatment.

You can learn more on the Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine pages.

Acupuncture appointment fees

As a single-practitioner clinic, I aim to keep fees reasonable while giving each person the time and individual attention they need.

From the Chinese Medicine Kitchen

Chrysanthemum and goji berry tea

Chinese medicine has a long history of incorporating foods, herbs and teas into everyday dietary traditions.

One combination I particularly enjoy is chrysanthemum and goji berry tea. Chrysanthemum flowers give it a delicate floral flavour, while goji berries add a little natural sweetness.

It's a simple introduction to how ingredients traditionally used in Chinese medicine can also have a place in the kitchen.
